In a world that’s evolving faster than ever, from the rise of artificial intelligence to the
shifting dynamics of leadership and influence. It can feel like the ground beneath us is
constantly moving. For many women, especially those called to lead, it’s not just the
external disruption that shakes us, it’s the internal breaking. The silence. The stripping.
The sacred unraveling of everything we once found comfort in.
But what if the breaking wasn’t something to fear?
What if the breaking is actually the birthplace of the boldest, clearest, most anointed
version of you?
I’ve been reflecting deeply on this truth: God isn’t breaking us to destroy us. He’s
breaking us to reveal us. When things fall apart, when people walk away, when clarity
disappears, it’s easy to feel like you’ve lost your footing. But often, that disruption is
divine. That delay is deliberate. That detour is direction. It’s in the dismantling that God
begins to show us what we’ve been carrying all along. He removes what we think we
need so He can reveal what He placed inside us before the beginning of time.
You see, AI may be reshaping industries, but Heaven is reshaping you.
And while the world runs toward algorithms and applause, God is calling you to
alignment. Not to be the loudest, the trendiest, or even the most recognized but to be
the most anchored. Because leadership in this hour isn’t about performance, it’s about
purpose. It’s not about visibility, it’s about vision. And the kind of vision God gives is
birthed in the stillness, not the crowd.
This is why the breaking matters.
It detaches you from applause so you can hear His voice again. It removes emotional
crutches, dries up the wells of dependence, and pulls you away from the noise; not as
punishment, but preparation. He’s not trying to hurt you. He’s trying to free you. And
freedom doesn’t always feel good at first. Sometimes it looks like isolation. Sometimes it
feels like loss. But in reality, it’s the sacred space where God reintroduces you to your
original self; the woman not shaped by culture, or comparison, or crisis, but by
covenant.
God doesn’t use what hasn’t first been surrendered. He doesn’t elevate what hasn’t first
been emptied. Before the oil flows, the jar must be emptied. And in that emptying, you
discover that your strength isn’t in holding it all together, t’s in knowing who you are
when everything external falls apart. That’s where unshakable leadership is born.
We don’t often talk about the spiritual cost of leading in the spotlight. But let me tell you,
true authority isn’t given to the perfect, it’s entrusted to the surrendered. The woman
who God uses is the one who wrestled in the dark, bled in silence, and chose to say yes
even when it hurt. She isn’t shaped by likes or followers. She doesn’t cling to validation
because she carries vision. She no longer performs for approval because she walks in
alignment.
So yes, the world is changing. Yes, AI is advancing. But nothing, no system, no trend,
no technology can replace the power of a woman who knows who she is in God. A
woman who has been emptied so she can be filled. A woman who has let go of needing
to be seen so she can finally see clearly. She no longer fears being misunderstood
because her yes to God is louder than the fear. And that yes is what makes her
dangerous to the enemy.
This isn’t the end of your leadership; it’s the beginning of something deeper. You’re not
late. You’re not behind. You’re not too broken. You’re being refined. You’re being rooted.
And if it feels like everything is shifting, that’s because it is. But you don’t need to be
afraid of the shift when you’re anchored in the source.
And if you’re reading this and you know God is calling you to lead in a higher, more
aligned way in this season, I want to personally invite you to join me for a powerful
conversation, one that goes beyond the surface and into the soul.
